Room parents rock! They are a vital means of communication and organization that help Chesnut and our classrooms run smoothly.
Room parents help our teachers with:
- organizing volunteers
- planning class parties
- securing special supplies teachers may need throughout the year
- keeping class parents up-to-date on the latest happenings at the school
- coordinating class gifts for the teacher for winter holiday, end of the year, and his/her birthday
- getting time-sensitive information out quickly to the class parents
