Welcome to the Online Chesnut School Store! You can shop here for the basics of school Spirit Wear, Agendas and Starfall journals, and car magnets, and then pay with a credit card. If it's been difficult for you to shop at the store during the pre-schoolday hours, you can now shop when it's convenient and you can choose to have your student bring home the ordered items (or pick up yourself during those early pre-schoolday hours!).
Please read these instructions FIRST before shopping.
When you're ready, click the menu item "Shop School Store Here" to get started.
- Click "Shop School Store Here" to review products. Select the quantity and size/color combination desired for each item. Important: Not all colors/sizes are available for all products. If you do not see a size/color combination in the drop-down list, it means we do not have it in stock at the moment.
- Click "Show Cart" to check your Shopping Cart in the upper right corner of the screen. We cannot provide refunds from the online store, only exchanges -- so please shop carefully.
- When you are ready to pay, click "Show Cart" from the Shopping Cart.
PAYMENT / DELIVERY:
- Once again, verify the items in your Shopping Cart. When your order is correct, click "Confirm".
- Enter the required information and choose your delivery option -- your child's homeroom, or the "I will Pick Up" option. Once your payment is cleared through PayPal's secure verification, School Store staff will bag and identify your order. All orders completed before Monday at 3:00pm will be delivered to homerooms each Wednesday (but only after payment is processed). Be sure your child brings the order items home! If you prefer to pick up your order, select "I will Pick Up". Your order will be held in the school store for you (but only after payment is processed). You can pick up your order from the school store during pre-schoolday Store hours.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you; a copy of your order will be sent to the School Store staff.
- Payments are processed through PayPal's secure site, but you do not need a PayPal account. Click the "PayPal" button, then choose how to pay. If you just want to use a credit card, click the link to be a "PayPal Guest". If you want to use your PayPal account, that's fine too.
- You will receive a payment confirmation from PayPal.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:
- At this time, the Online School Store cannot make any refunds. If there is any issue with your order, School Store staff will be happy to make an exchange for you during pre-schoolday Store hours. Please be sure to double-check your order before payment, to be sure there is no need for a refund.
